Board Cut to Size Service
Computer Controlled Panel Cutting
At C Workshop we provide wood-based panel and board cutting to size service of unprecedented accuracy and quality. With our German technology equipped computer controlled beam saw aided by Belgian innovative optimization software we can cut small and large number of boards to various specified sizes in a quick and most economical way.
We supply and cut to size following types of boards:
  • - MDF: standard size and oversized MDF and Moisture Resistant MDF of Medite brand.
  • - MFC: melamine faced boards of major manufacturers in UK & Europe such as Egger and Kronospan.
  • - Veneers: various popular Veneered Boards on MDF core - oak, walnut, wenge or zebrano are just a few of a large array of available veneers.
  • - High Gloss: Acrylic faced MDF and Moisture Resistant MDF.
With large board type and decor choice available and 3 working days lead time for most individual projects be it big or small, professionals of furniture or interior design trade as well as general builders will find our service very useful.
Edgebanding Service
Edgebanding
Our German hot-melt glue edgebanding machine, equipped with pre-milling and corner rounding stations provides a perfect edge finish and seals edges for long and strong life.
  • - ABS and PVC edging: applied to melamine faced boards and usually matching the board decor. We use 1 or 2mm thick edgebanding tapes and we can edgeband boards from 12 up to 38mm thick.
  • - Preparation tape: used for MDF and MR MDF boards to seal and achieve smooth surface on edges - useful for spray painted projects when quality edge is required!
  • - Solid wood edging: applied to veneered boards. We use 1 or 2mm thick solid wood edgebanding tapes and we can edgeband boards from 12 up to 38mm thick.
  • - High gloss and Designer 2-colour edging: for acrylic faced boards and other decors where a more fancy finish is required.
We keep large stock of edging tapes enabling us to handle a large number of orders at very fast pace for a full list of decors that we work with. A lot of care goes into calibrating edgebanding machine for each edging tape ensuring a high quality edge finish on all ourprojects.

On our website you can submit all your cutting lists without having to send us any further information or come in person. You can also manage all your cutting lists at any time of the day 365 days a year. Our online interface will allow you to input all your data at the convenience of your home comfort. Here are some highlights of the service:
  • - Your Account: you will be able to keep and manage all your existing and past projects.
  • - Product Choice: allows you to access all our product information online and choose the right one for your project.
  • - Size and Quantity: specify exactly what size you need each piece to be and how many you require.
  • - Piece reference: you can name each piece for your own reference which will be shown on a label stuck to each specified piece of the project.
  • - Edgebanding and Grain Match: specify exactly what edging and to what edge you require in one quick step. Let us know if any parts of your project need grain matching.
Projects submitted for quotation using our online facility get our almost immediate attention.
Board Cut to Size Service
Delivery
C Workshop is located near central London in Park Royal Industrial area which is just 15 minutes away from the city centre. You are welcome to come and collect your ordered cut to size projects from our workshop or it can be delivered to you. We currently cover the following areas:
  • - Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex,
    Essex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire.
Delivery is not free of charge and is charged a minimum of £35 which covers an area of 10 miles radius from our workshop. Further delivery destinations are charged based on extra miles.
There is a minimum order value of £200 which needs to be met in order for us to deliver goods to a preferred location within M25 and £300 if delivery is to be made outside the M25 but still within our delivery area.
